| How to order |

To order either enter your details in the enquiry form or send an e-mail to pens@everythingcorporate.com with details of the pens you would like to order. Please also attach a file with the logo you require engraved on the pens (an EPS or high res Jpeg file is ideal). If you don’t have suitable artwork or just require text engraved just send us details and our artwork department will be able produce suitable artwork, in some cases we might need to charge for producing artwork ,we will advise you on any charges before we commence work.
Once we receive your order we will e-mail a full order acknowledgement, confirming order details and total cost. We will then send a full PDF layout of the engraving layout for your approval, at this stage any design amends can be made. From your approval we will proceed with production of your order. |

| How are the pens branded? |
|
| Our pens are engraved using the latest laser technology. If required we can print on pens but this is usually only cost effective on quantities over 100pcs. |

| How long does it take to produce my order? |
|
| Usually we can produce all orders within 10 days but if you have an urgent requirement please let us know, we have on many occasions been able to complete orders within a few days-we enjoy the challenge of achieving the impossible! |

| Can I order less than the minimum quantity quoted? |
|
| On most products we can supply less than the lowest quoted quantity price however the order may carry a small order surcharge-please contact us for details. |

| Can you engrave individual names on the pens & can we buy plain stock? |
|
| Yes not a problem to engrave with individual names rather than a company logo, and all our pens are available as plain stock-enquire for details. |

| Are you able to supply other pens or branded items not listed on the site? |

| Are you able to distribute and pack to multi locations? |

| Yes we operate a packing, distribution facility and can ship to any where in the world.We also fulfil regular contracts for clients, shipping pens to individual addresses as part of a company’s loyalty or award schemes. |
